PERFORMER

Born in 1976 Jenny trained at The Royal Ballet School between 1989- 1993, and joined The Royal Ballet the following year. Over a period of eight years with the company she had the opportunity to work with choreographers including Ashley Page, Mats Ek and Jacopo Godani. In 1999 she was given leave from The Royal Ballet to be involved in Siobhan Davies’s, ’13 Different Keys’, alongside Gill Clarke and Deborah Bull. Jenny helped to establish the ROH2 initiative, taking part in several performances and working with choreographers Cathy Marston, Tom Sapsford, Gill Clarke and Wayne McGregor, also in February 2002 she curated ‘Outside In 2’ for five contemporary choreographers and dancers from The Royal Ballet. In 2001 she guested with The Frankfurt Ballet at their London season, and worked with William Forsythe later that year.

Since leaving The Royal Ballet, Jenny has primarily been working with Walker Dance Park Music, but has been involved in projects with a number of other choreographers including Cathy Marston, Lisa Torrun, Toni Mira and Kim Branstrup. She was also a finalist in the International Rolex Mentor/Protégé Initiative 2002.
